We lost Jamie's grandsire to a sudden illness and within 6 weeks Jamie's dam, Jasmine, had to have an emergency C section and be spayed. At this point Jamie along with the rest of her litter was almost lost to us. However, the four teeny tiny little puppies were born with that C Section. And, with the help of several good friends and co-owner Janell Lowman (Shenell) we managed to save them all. Jamie, is indeed her mother Jasmine's Legacy to Istari and Shenell. Jamie, lives with Janell.
Although it was pouring rain at the Chaparral Kennel Club on Sunday, October 5, 2008, it was a great day for Jamie. Judge Lester Mapes awarded her Winners Bitch, Best of Winners to finish her AKC championship.
